Unfortunately, there is still cancer. You just can't see it anymore. This means he is still living with it, but we have the upper hand on it.

But a microscopic tumor is better than a macroscopic tumor since it means that there's not this big,ugly mass of cells interfering with normal brain function. I think there's still cause for celebration. Congratulations are in order.
